Dear ANKOSLink participants, You can find the details below related to hotel transfer of ANKOSLink 2019 Conference to be held between the dates of 02-05 April 2019 in Seginus Hotel.

Arrival and departure transfer hours for our guests who will come via airlines are as follows:

Airport-Hotel Transfer          02.04.2019          $ 5 per person        08:00-21:00 per hour

Hotel-Airport transfer           05.04.2019         $ 5 per person         06:00-15:00 per hour

Participants who will come via domestic flights can apply to "ANKOSLink Welcome Desk" located inside before the last exit door of airport building. The responsible staff will guide the participants. Only the attendants who will come from abroad and will exit through International Line 1 and 2 numbered airport, should give the information about their flight date and flight number to Kadir Karalar (+90 507 622 27 22) who is an Afiştur officer by sending e-mail (kkaralar@afistur.com).

Bus terminal-Hotel Transfer                02.04.2019          $ 7 per person                07:30 and 09:00 

Hotel-bus terminal Transfer                05.04.2019         $ 7 per person                10:00 and 14:00 

Participants will be welcomed by the personnel carrying the OS ANKOSLink ’plate at the Antalya Intercity Bus Terminal.

We strongly recommend participants who wish to take advantage of the transfer service, to prefer transportation options that are suitable for the transfer hours mentioned above.

Turkish Airlines is the official airline of “ANKOSLink2019” and special discounts are offered on certain booking classes. The discount in ticket purchases will be valid if the ticketing is done as round trip. Therefore, we kindly ask you to carry out the elections in this direction.

Transfer Information

Starting from 02 April 2018, 8:30 am, every half hour a shuttle will leave the airport. Please note that the last shuttle is at 9:00pm.

The cost of the shuttle is 20TL per person.

There will be waiting a person with ANKOSLink Welcome Board outside the Domestic Terminal.

In case you fly to Antalya directly ( not through a domestic connection), please email (Mehmet TECİRLİ- mtecirli@afistur.com) your flight date, flight number, arrival time and phone number so that the shuttle picks you up from International Terminal.
