Accommodation, gala dinner and conference participation fees have been covered in a package.
It covers dates from April, 2nd 2019 (check-in date) to April, 5th 2019 (check-out date).
All participants are required to fill out the registration form.
No refunds will be given for registration cancellations made after March 15th, 2019.
Registration will be confirmed two days after receiving full payment.
Participant's name and surname should have been stated in the description of the payment.

General Participant: Participants who are not a member of ANKOS Consortium fall into this group. Participants who exceeded the allowed number of people from the member institutions within the ANKOS member category also considered as “General Participants”.

ANKOS recommends 5 stars “All inclusive” Royal Seginus Hotel to the participants for accommodation in which the Convention Center is located.
Participation Fee: The participants who will have their accommodation as a package from ANKOSLink at Royal Seginus Hotel will not pay an entrance fee for the conference and the exhibition hall.
The ones who wish to stay elsewhere or having accommodation from the Royal Seginus Hotel individually other than ANKOSLink package must pay for a separate conference participation fee covering 3 days access of € 159 / 950 TL.
The payments for the Hotel accommodation and the entrance fee will be made via the online registration form available from ANKOSLink web site.
