Dear ANKOSLink participants, You can find the details below related to free hotel transfer of ANKOSLink 2022 Conference to be held between the dates of 21-24 November 2022 in Asteria Kremlin Palace Hotel.

Arrival and departure transfer hours for our guests who will come via airlines are as follows:

Airport-Hotel Transfer          21.11.2022          08:00-18:00 per hour and 18:30

Hotel-Airport transfer           24.11.2022          08:00-12:00 per hour

Participants who will come via domestic flights can apply to "ANKOSLink Welcome Desk" located inside before the last exit door of airport building. The responsible staff will guide the participants.

Arrival and departure transfer hours for our guests who will come via highway are as follows:

Bus terminal-Hotel Transfer                21.11.2022         08:00 and 14:00 

Hotel-bus terminal Transfer                24.11.2022         08:00 and 12:00 

Participants will be welcomed by the personnel carrying the ANKOSLink plate at the Antalya Intercity Bus Terminal.

We strongly recommend participants who wish to take advantage of the transfer service, to prefer transportation options that are suitable for the transfer hours mentioned above.

Telgraf Tur is the authorized travel agency that can perform the ticket transactions of the organization participants. You can do the ticket transactions of the event participants with special discounts.

Transfer Information

Starting from 21 November 2022, 8:00 am, every hour a shuttle will leave the airport. Please note that the last shuttle is at 14:00pm.

There will be waiting a person with ANKOSLink Welcome Board outside the Domestic Terminal.

In case you fly to Antalya directly ( not through a domestic connection), please e-mail your flight date, flight number, arrival time and phone number so that the shuttle picks you up from International Terminal.
