Poster Presentations of ANKOSLink2022 International Conference

 

ANKOSLink2022 International Conference will be held between November 21st-24th 2022 at Asteria Kremlin Palace Hotel Conference Hall in Antalya with the main theme of "Inequality and Sustainability in Access to Information".

In order to increase professional and scientific sharing among ANKOS member institutions, "Poster Presentations" will continue this year at  ANKOSLink2022 International Conference.

Poster selections will be made by “ANKOSLink2022 International Conference Program Committee”.

  • 15 posters selected by the Program Committee will be displayed in the poster exhibition area throughout the conference.
  •  “The Best Poster” will be selected by the conference attendees and announced on November 23rd 2022. Also, after the selection, “The Best Poster” presentation will be made.

The winner of “The Best Poster” at ANKOSLink2022 International Conference will recieve a gift. A Certificate of Appreciation will be given to all poster owners whose works are eligible to be exhibited.

Participants should send their applications to pr@ankos.org.tr between the dates specified below.

ANKOSLink2022 Poster Presentation Rules

  • Poster owners must work in an ANKOS Member institution library.
  • Posters should be prepared in accordance with the main theme (Inequality and Sustainability in Access to Information) and sub-themes (Open Science and Open Access, Open Educational Resources, data management, interoperability, blockchain technologies, digital transformation and new trends, crisis management, equality in access to information, professional issues, new learning platforms, economic sustainability, sustainability in access to information, sustainable digital protection, developments in publishing, good practices in libraries) of ANKOSLink2022 International Conference.
  • Posters can be prepared in Turkish or in English, regardless of a specific template. Examples of poster paper templates are available on the ANKOSLink2022 web page for inspiration.
  • The poster should include the name of the study, the names of the author/authors, their titles, and the names of the institutions they work for. Posters can be prepared in jpg or pdf formats and should be sent in MS Word format with an explanation (max. 2 pages long) including the purpose of the study, the method used, the results and the evaluation sections.
  • Posters should be prepared in single piece, measuring 70 x 100 cm.
  • The posters that are eligible to be exhibited will be exhibited on the numbered boards as of 12:00 PM on November 21st 2022. Organization staff will assist poster owners with placing posters.
  • “Poster Presentations” will be held on November 21st 2022 between 18:00-19:00 in the Poster Exhibition Area.
  • Participants who will present a poster are expected to cover their own ANKOSLink participation fee (accommodation and transportation).
  • It is the poster owner's responsibility to print the posters and hang them before the opening of the exhibition.
