ANKOSLink Participation Fees

Accommodation and conference participation fees have been covered in a package for 24-25-26 April 2013. This package has been categorized as follows:

ANKOS Volunteer/ Invited Participant :

• ANKOS Steering Committee, Work and Research Groups, Database Liaisons and invited participants fall into this category.

• Those who are considered in this category won’t pay any participation fee.

• Participants are required to fill the registration form at ANKOSLink web page.

ANKOS Member Participants:

• ANKOS supports the access of two representatives from each member institution, one being the library director to the conference and to the exhibition. To benefit of this support, the representatives should stay in the Hotel that ANKOS is recommending. In case additional participation is requested by the member institution, these additional participants will be considered as General Participant.

• ANKOS member participants who stay in the Hotel recommended by ANKOS will only pay 100,00TL (40€) as accommodation fee for 3 days per person in a double room. These persons will be exempt from the conference fee.

• ANKOS member participants who stay in the Hotel recommended by ANKOS and prefer to stay in a single room, will pay 435,00TL (180€) as accommodation fee for 3 days in a single room. These persons will be exempt from the conference fee.

• ANKOS member participants who stay in the Hotel recommended by ANKOS and are accompanied by their own guests will pay 650,00TL (270€) for 3 days in a double room. These persons will be exempt from the conference fee.

• ANKOS member participants who prefer not to stay in the Hotel recommended by ANKOS will pay 100,00TL (40€) as the conference participation fee for 3 days to access the conference as well as the exhibition.  

• No refunds will be given for registration cancellations made after April 4, 2013.

• Participants are required to fill the registration form at ANKOSLink web page.

Companies

• Company representatives who stay in the Hotel recommended by ANKOS will pay 540,00TL (225€) as accommodation fee for 3 days per person in a double room. These persons will be exempt from the conference fee.

• Company representatives who stay in the Hotel recommended by ANKOS and prefer to stay in a single room, will pay 870,00TL (366€) as the accommodation fee for 3 days in a single room. These persons will be exempt from the conference fee.

• Company representatives who prefer not to stay in the Hotel recommended by ANKOS will pay 290,00TL (120€) as the conference participation fee for 3 days to access the conference as well as the exhibition.

General Participants

• This category covers anyone except ANKOS volunteers/invited participants, ANKOS Member Participants supported by ANKOS and company representative who have acquired a stand area or a presentation slot.

• General participants who stay in the Hotel recommended by ANKOS will pay 540,00TL (225€) as accommodation fee for 3 days per person in a double room. These persons will be exempt from the conference fee.

• General participants who stay in the Hotel recommended by ANKOS and prefer to stay in a single room, will pay 870,00TL (366€) as the accommodation fee for 3 days in a single room. These persons will be exempt from the conference fee.

• General participants who prefer not to stay in the Hotel recommended by ANKOS will pay 290,00TL (120€) as the conference participation fee for 3 days to access the conference as well as the exhibition.
