The conference has been organized as a package program that includes accommodation, conference participation, exhibition and fair access, and conference registration fees. The package covers the period from 16 November 2026 (hotel check-in) to 19 November 2026 (hotel check-out).

To view accommodation rates, participants must first complete their MyANKOS User Registration through the Registration section of the ANKOSLink website and then select their accommodation preferences.

No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after 20 October 2026.

Accommodation registrations will be confirmed within two business days after payment, except in special circumstances.

When making a payment, participants must include the name(s) and surname(s) of the participant(s) together with the payment reference number in the payment description (for bank transfer/EFT payments).

Participant Categories and Accommodation Options
ANKOS Member

For ANKOS member institutions, the accommodation cost for one Library Director/Head Librarian (three nights in a shared twin room, per person) will be covered by ANKOS. The other eligible participant(s), subject to the institutional quota, must be the Electronic Resources Librarian/Coordinator or another staff member responsible for electronic resources.

For the 2026 ANKOS Conference, ANKOS will provide substantial financial support for conference registration, exhibition and fair access, and accommodation for:

1 participant from institutions with no database subscriptions,
2 participants from institutions with 1–20 database subscriptions, and
3 participants from institutions with 21 or more database subscriptions.

If member institutions register participants exceeding these quotas, the additional participants will be charged according to the General Participant rates.

Company Representative

A Company Representative is a participant attending the conference on behalf of a commercial company.

Companies that are not sponsors of the ANKOSLink International Conference will be limited to one participant.

Accommodation is not included in sponsorship packages. Please remember to arrange and pay for your accommodation separately.

General Participant

A General Participant is any individual who is not affiliated with an ANKOS member institution. In addition, participants from ANKOS member institutions who exceed the supported participant quota defined under the ANKOS Member category will also be considered General Participants.

ANKOS Volunteer / Guest

This category includes members of the ANKOS Executive Board, Working and Research Groups, Database Coordinators, and guests officially invited by ANKOS.

Notes
Participants who choose not to stay at the Royal Seginus Hotel or who arrange accommodation at another hotel outside the official ANKOSLink 2026 package program must register separately and pay the applicable fee to gain access to the conference, exhibition, and fair area.
The accommodation, conference, exhibition, and fair access fees for the ANKOSLink 2026 International Conference are displayed individually in each participant's MyANKOS account.
