Dear Stakeholders,

ANKOS makes significant contributions to Turkish librarianship through the systems it has developed and is currently implementing. ANKOS’s rapid growth has not only impacted academic librarianship and libraries but has also positively influenced Turkey’s performance in academic and scientific publishing. This situation has made it even more meaningful for the electronic database subscriptions needed by our universities and academic institutions to be managed under ANKOS coordination.

ANKOS is making significant efforts to provide sustainable information services, developing library applications, and organizing international events such as ANKOSLink, where all stakeholders come together.

The ANKOSLink International Conference is the most significant publishing and librarianship event in our country and region, hosting over 500 participants from nearly 30 countries, nearly 250 institutions, and nearly 80 companies each year. Through its extensive network, it brings together university and public libraries, information professionals from both domestic and international sources, researchers, publishers, and information and technology companies. Additionally, with its exhibition and academic program, it serves as a dynamic platform where professional innovations and developments are tracked, issues are discussed, and solutions are proposed.

In 2026, the ANKOSLink2026 International Conference will be held at the Royal Seginus Hotel Congress Center in Antalya from November 16–19, 2026, hosted by and in collaboration with Antalya Science University. The main theme of this year’s conference is “Rethinking/Redefining Consortia and the New Knowledge Ecosystem.”

During the three-day conference, the topics to be addressed are planned as follows: Redefining Consortia, Consortia and New Collaboration Models, The Future of Consortia and Sustainable Financial/Sharing Models, Sharing Models, Transformative Agreements, Open Access and Fair Publishing Models, The Digital Knowledge Ecosystem, Transformation in Academic Publishing, Open Access and Fair Publishing Model, The Digital Information Ecosystem, Transformation in Academic Publishing, Developments in the Publishing Field, The Use of Artificial Intelligence in Academic Publishing, Artificial Intelligence and Research Tools, The Impact of Artificial Intelligence on University Libraries, AI-Enabled Libraries, Artificial Intelligence and Ethic, Data Management, Equality in Access to Information, Innovative Information Services and User Experience, Digital Transformation and Academic Libraries, Restructuring of Library Services, New User-Centered Services in Libraries, Librarians’ Competencies, Best Practices, Case Studies, and Innovative Projects and Professional Issues.
