The ANKOSLink 2026 International Conference will be held November 16–19, 2026, at the Royal Seginus Hotel in Antalya, under the main theme “Redefining Consortia and the New Knowledge Ecosystem.”

To promote professional and scientific exchange among ANKOS member institutions, “Poster Sessions” will continue again this year at the ANKOSLink2026 International Conference.

Poster selections will be conducted by a “Poster Selection Committee” to be appointed by the ANKOS Board of Directors. Posters will be evaluated by the Poster Selection Committee—composed of academics specializing in information and records management—in accordance with the principle of blind peer review.

• The 15 posters selected by the Poster Selection Committee will be displayed in the poster exhibition area during the ANKOSLink 2026 International Conference.
• From among the posters selected for display, the “Top 3 Posters” will be chosen by the Poster Selection Committee and announced in the program.

As a result of the poster evaluation at the ANKOSLink 2026 International Conference, the ANKOS Association will cover the per-person accommodation costs in a double room for the authors of the first-, second-, and third-place posters.

All poster presenters whose posters are selected for display will receive a “Certificate of Appreciation.”

ANKOSLink 2026 Poster Submission Guidelines 

• Poster presenters must be employed at a library of an ANKOS member institution.
• Each institution may submit a maximum of 2 poster proposals.
• Posters must be prepared in accordance with the main and sub-themes of the ANKOSLink 2026 International Conference listed below.

Important Information:

• Posters may be prepared in Turkish or English without adhering to a specific template.
•  The poster must include the title of the study, the first and last names of the poster author(s), their titles, and the names of the institutions where they are affiliated. Posters may be prepared in .JPG or .PDF format and must be submitted along with an explanatory text—prepared in MS Word format and not exceeding two pages—that includes the study’s purpose, methodology, findings, results, and discussion sections.
• To ensure the blind review process is conducted properly, participants must also upload a second poster file to the system in the same format that does not contain any identifying information regarding the poster author(s) or institution(s).
• Posters must be prepared as a single piece measuring 70 x 100 cm.
• Posters selected for display will be hung on numbered panels starting at 9:00 a.m. on November 16, 2026. Event staff will assist poster authors with the placement of their posters.
• The per-person accommodation costs for the authors of the “Top 3 Posters” in a double room will be covered by the ANKOS Association. The authors of other posters selected for display, aside from the Top 3 Posters, will be responsible for covering their own participation and accommodation expenses for the ANKOSLink 2026 International Conference.
• It is the poster author’s responsibility to have the posters printed and displayed before the opening of the exhibition.
