Description: Nowadays information center (or library) in each level have to provide their services accessible from mobile platforms. At this point, institution's online catalog or Web site compatibility for mobile browsers is not enough for user experience and satisfaction. Institutions should create mobile applications to ensure the highest level of mobile ecosystem benefits. In this seminar, a road map will be generated for institutions which will need to develop mobile applications with their own resources. Also mobile application development steps will be designed and described for institutions
