Accommodation is arranged as a package program including conference, conference, fair, exhibition area, gala program and conference participation fees, and covers the dates of November 20, 2023 check-in to the hotel and November 23, 2023 check-out from the hotel.

Participants are required to make MyANKOS User Registration and then Accommodation transactions via the Registration option on the ANKOSLink web page.

Cancellations after 02.11.2023 will not be refunded.

Accommodation registrations are confirmed 2 business days after payment, except in special cases.

During the payment, the name and surname of the participant(s) and the payment number (during wire transfer and EFT payments) must be written in the description section.

Participant Groups and Accommodation Options

Company Representative

Company is the people attending the conference representing any company. The number of participants of companies that do not receive sponsorship for ANKOSLink International Conference will be limited. Domestic company representatives will be able to make payments via Turkish banks only by wire transfer and EFT, and foreign company representatives will be able to make credit card, wire transfer and EFT payments via foreign banks.

Sponsorship packages don't include accommodation fees. Please don’t forget to pay your accommodation fee separately. You could contact our registration team for accommodation options, hotel, and transportation (konaklama@ankos.org.tr ).

General Participant

General Participant includes all persons who are not Consortium members. In addition, although they are Consortium member institutions, people who are outside the number supported in the definition of ANKOS Member are also defined as "General Participants". Domestic general participants will be able to make their payments via Turkish banks only by Money Order and FTE, and foreign general participants will be able to make credit card, money order and EFT payments via foreign banks.

ANKOS Volunteer / Guest

ANKOS Board of Directors, Working and Research Groups, Database Officers and guests invited by ANKOS.

NOTES

1. Participants who will not stay at the Trendy Lara Hotel Congress Center for the ANKOSLink2023 International Conference or who make a reservation at a different hotel other than the ANKOSLink package program, must register and pay for entrance to the fair and exhibition area.

2. In order to participate in the ANKOSLink Gala Program, you must be staying at the hotel on 23.11.2023 or the entrance fee to the fair and exhibition area must be paid on 23.11.2023.

3. ANKOSLink2023 International Conference's accommodation, fair and exhibition area entrance fees are shown in each participant's MyANKOS account.
